The Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine (IPEM) represent physicists, engineers and technologists who work within the medical field, helping to save lives and cure illnesses.
The Institute, which is based in York, is now looking for new members for their Public Engagement Panel and would love it if you applied. The panel is made up of members of the public who advise the IPEM on public engagement activities, help with careers and outreach work, and assess the content and accessibility of the website or publications from a public perspective.
All positions within the Public Engagement Panel are voluntary and unpaid, but
reasonable expenses will be reimbursed. The roles offer a fantastic chance to get your voice heard and help a vital industry. The panel meets twice a year at
Fairmount House, the IPEM offices in York.
