No one should be denied the right to express themselves. If you have a disability that makes you feel like you can’t join a dance class, then think again!
Dance for Parkinsons is a weekly class for people with Parkinsons, or any other disability, that are keen to get moving and meet new people. You’ll learn new moves, bop along to some great music and, of course, have fun.
And it’s not just about getting your boogie on. Once you’ve been put through your paces you’ll be able to have a cuppa and a natter with the rest of the group.
So, get yourself down to Wigginton Recreational Hall at 10.30-11.30am every Friday to get in on the action. For more information, give Sylvia a call on 01904 490987.
