The Autumn Exhibtion at the Pyramid Gallery in Stonegate, York will showcase three incredibly talented, and very different, artists: Lithographs by Alan Stone, Sculptures by Jonathan Newdick and Ceramics by Dylan Bowen.
Manchester-born Alan Stones has been exhibiting his prints and original paintings since 2000 taking his work across the country - and even to parts of Europe. He studied Fine Art at St. Martin's School of Art in London and most recently exhibited his drawings in Carlisle.
Jonathan Newdick has been making sculptures for over 30 years, becoming an elected member of the Royal British Society of Sculptors in 2004. Born in Yorkshire, Jonathan's stayed close to his roots by working from his studio in York, where he uses wood, bronze and stone. He's also well-known for being the brains behind York's famous cat sculptures.
Dylan Bowen has followed in his father, Clive Bowen's, ceramic footsteps, but quickly explored his own bold and expressive style. Dylan's been exhibiting his work since 2006 and has a studio in Tackley, Oxfordshire.
With such creative and varied works on display, the Autumn Exhibition at Pyramid Gallery is certainly not one to be missed!
