Milk? Sugar? Music?

Local musician hosts alternative charity coffee morning.

York musician Holly Taymar has a passion for Macmillan Cancer Support and so has decided to host her first World's Biggest Coffee Morning with a difference - at an intimate acoustic show with local musicians on 29th September to help raise money for people living with cancer.

The singer/songwriter will be performing on the night with her music partner Chris Bilton alongside renowned local musicians Paul Liddell and Andy Stones.

"We are so excited to be putting on this show right in the heart of York," says Holly. "We're supporting Macmillan's World's Biggest Coffee Morning event by holding a cake buffet during the interval and local photographer John Illingworth will also be exhibiting and selling his works to add to our fundraising total".

All of the money raised from the World's Biggest Coffee Morning will help the charity continue to make a difference to people living with cancer in North Yorkshire and will help fund local Macmillan services and professionals.

Holly is hosting her charity gig on Saturday 29th September from 7.30pm at Clements Hall, York. Tickets are available on the door for £8, but pre-booking is advised. For more information and booking, please email holly_taymar@hotmail.com
