Saturday 15 July – Monday 4 September
‘Get lost’ this summer at York Maze, Europe’s biggest maze, and winner of many awards including York’s Best Family Day Out and Yorkshire’s Best Tourism Experience.
York Maze is an amazing family day out and as well as the giant maize maze includes over 20 rides, attractions and shows.
Covering an area the size of 8 football pitches, York Maze is thought to be one of the biggest mazes in the world. Will you be able to solve Kernel Kernel’s challenges, complete the puzzle and find your way out of the maze?

Test your nerve on the Corn Snake Tower Slides, enter the topsy-turvy world of Kernel Kernel’s House of Cornfusion where rooms magically begin to shrink, fall over, and even turn upside down, and clim aboard the tractor trailer ride Crowmania 2 – but be warned you may get wet on this ride!
New for 2017 is the Scare Crow Centre, Farmer Tom’s scientific centre for research into crow scaring. Meet the hawks, owls, snakes and spiders that we hope will keep the pesky crows at bay.
Other 2017 summer events include Kernel Kernel's Birthday (22 July); Yorkshire Day (1 August); Beach Party & BBQ (5 August); World Sweetcorn eating championships & festival (12 August) & Fancy Dress Day (19 August).
